Leicester crush Palace

Leicester (currently in 18th place) beat Crystal Palace (currently in 5th Place) 2-0 on Friday night. It now looks increasingly likely that the playoffs will be contested by Watford, Leeds, Palace and Preston. For anything different to happen now would require a phenomenal collapse by probably either Preston or Sheffield United who now look almost certain to secure 2nd spot and automatic promotion.

I expect you will be right. I was predicting a good run from Palace, finishing third - and an interesting end of season match between Sheffield United and Palace that I have a ticket for. But it will probably all be wrapped up by then.

I think not - I hope not. Leeds need to finish 3rd - normally the black spot position to avoid Palace in the semis probably meeting them in the final. fingers crossed
