Well the campaign for Leader seems to be continuing in the same vein. Today we have revelations that Simon Hughes is bisexual.
Frankly I am getting a little sick of all this. I couldn't care less about peoples sexuality and I wish we could get back to a sensible debate about the future direction of the Liberal Democrats and who will make the best leader to take us forward.
So a plea to Ming and Chris.
If you have anything that you would like to tell the press can you please arrange to do so by the end of the week?
Then can we please start talking about the real issues

The fact that Hughes used homophobia to get into parliament isn't a real issue then. Very liberal.
If he did then it is a real issue. I have no way of knowing whether he did or did not as I was not there
I do hope they avoid the potential of having every headline in the tabloids including the word ming(er). I can't think it will do them any good.
